  • Can you really get fitter and stronger with limited equipment?

    While barbells and machines get lots of love in modern fitness, they are by no means the only way to train. The great part about training your muscles is that they don't care what kind of weight is put on them- if it's challenging, the muscles and the body will have to adapt. So no matter how much equipment one has, progress can easily be made!
